Desert Physiatry Musculoskeletal Medicine & Wellness is an Integrative Rehabilitation and medical clinic. Dr. Boysel performs a variety of procedures, including prolotherapy, Osteopathic manipulation, trigger point injections and PRP to address stubborn/chronic musculoskeletal problems. We also treat a variety of chronic medical conditions using integrative rehabilitation, appropriate work ups to determine root cause and a holistic approach that best fits each individual. From nutrition, posture and exercise to our recently introduced Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation, we partner with patients to help them navigate their journey to wellness.
