Edward K. Nomoto, M.D. is a fellow-ship trained orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in spine surgery. His expertise includes a wide range of surgical interventions to treat the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. His special interests include minimally invasive techniques and their application in complex reconstructive techniques for the cervical spine, adult and pediatric spinal deformity, and degenerative scoliosis. Dr. Nomoto believes in a patient-centered approach with patient education and understanding as key components to the medical decision-making process.Dr. Nomoto is also board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of many national spine organizations, including the Scoliosis Research Society.
