Our Pediatrics Department and General Practice are located on the 1st Floor offers the following services, Annual Well Child Examination, Newborn Care, Vaccines, School Physicals, Sports Physicals, and Sick Visits. Annual Adult Physical Exam, Sick Visits, Laboratory Test Orders, Specialist Referrals, Urgent Care/Same-Day visits. Our OB-GYN/Family Planning offers Abortion services, Pregnancy Test, Prenatal Care, 3D Ultrasound, Pap Smear, Birth Controls, STD Testing and Treatment located on the 3rd floor. Sequoia's Enrollment department offers assistance to apply for insurance.
